Mo Klefeker joined Southwest Generation in August 2008 as President and CEO.
Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development
for Black Hills Corporation (2001-2008). He led several acquisitions, development,
and divestiture projects during his eight years with Black Hills.  Mr. Klefeker came
to Black Hills through its acquisition of Indeck Capital (1995-2001), where he held
the position as Asset Manager for the Indeck North American Power Fund.
In addition, he also served as Vice President of Project Development for Indeck
Capital.  Prior to joining Indeck Capital, Mr. Klefeker worked for Northern Indiana
Public Service company (1981-1995) in various positions as a financial corporate
analyst, gas revenue, capital project engineer, performance engineer and as
Group Leader for Environmental Compliance at the Schaeffer Generation Plant.

Mr. Klefeker holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and a
Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. 
 
 
 
 
Greg Trewitt has over 25 years of power industry experience in operations, asset
management, project development, engineering, and permitting of power projects
in the United States regulated and non-regulated facilities as well as the Latin
American industry. Mr. Trewitt has working industry knowledge and experience
with current technologies of power generation including coal, natural gas, hydro,
wind and wind-gas/diesel. His experience includes electric generation in regulated
environments with investor owned utilities as well as non-regulated independent
power producers and wholesale markets. In addition, Mr. Trewitt is experienced in 
financial modeling and analysis, air permitting, water supply and procurement,
fuel supply and procurement, engineering, marketing of physical electric generation,
power purchase agreements, operations, maintenance, and proposal development
to utilities, distribution companies, Latin American governments and industrial 
end-users.

Mr. Trewitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a 
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
 
 
 
 
David Rhodes has worked over 19 years in the power industry. He started his
career with Public Service Company of Colorado which became through a
succession of mergers, Xcel Energy, Inc.  Mr. Rhodes also spent six years with
Black Hills Corporation and is currently the Vice President of Business
Development and Asset Management for Southwest Generation.  During his time
in the power industry, he has held a broad range of responsibilities including;
origination, mergers and acquisitions, generation project development, asset
management, integrated resource planning and utility resource acquisition, 
and distribution engineering.

Mr. Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in
Economics from New Mexico State University.
 
 
 
 
Bill Krysiak joined Southwest Generation in September 2009 as Chief Financial 
Officer. Mr. Krysiak has over 25 years of experience in the finance, accounting 
and tax areas with companies engaged in various facets of the natural gas 
industry. Prior to joining Southwest Generation, he served as Chief Financial
Officer of Aspect Holdings (2007 to 2009) and as Chief Financial Officer of 
Western Gas Resources, Inc. ("WGR") (2001 to 2006) until the sale of that 
company to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2006. Mr. Krysiak also served 
WGR as its Vice President - Finance (1993 to 2001), and in various other 
management  positions since 1985. After the sale of WGR to Anadarko, he 
served as Director - Financial Projects with Anadarko (2006 to 2007). 
In this role, Mr. Krysiak analyzed and directed various monetization strategies
for Anadarko's midstream operations including the sale of assets and the 
formation of its MLP. 
               
Mr. Krysiak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 
 
 
 
Prior to Southwest Generation, Rob Witwer practiced business law in Colorado as 
an associate in the Denver office of a Washington D.C.-based law firm, as a
partner in a Denver-based law firm, and as Assistant General Counsel and
Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Molson Coors Brewing Company.
In those roles, he counseled senior management in a wide variety of corporate
and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, executive compensation, securities and disclosure, strategic
planning and compliance.
From June 2005 to January 2009, Mr. Witwer served in the Colorado House of
Representatives, where he represented western Jefferson County, Colorado.
In addition to his legislative experience, Mr. Witwer served as Assistant Director
of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, where he worked on public lands
and energy policy for the State of Colorado.  Mr. Witwer has a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Amherst College. He, his wife and 4
boys live in Golden, Colorado.
 
 
 
 
Nancy Alexander has been a Human Resources professional for the past 20 years. 
Previously, Nancy served as Corporate Director of Human Resources for a 
publicly-traded energy company. She has also had experienced working in an
international company based in the UK, which manufactured medical systems, 
with locations across the globe. Nancy has participated in several mergers and
acquisitions with a company whose strategic plan embodied an aggressive growth
strategy. In her role as a leader in human resources, she led the strategic planning
process for the human resources component of the business as well as created and
managed the HR corporate annual budget. 


Nancy's experience ranges across the spectrum of human resources to include: staffing; training and development; compensation; compliance; labor relations; employee relations; due diligence work; and integration efforts after an acquisition.

Ms. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology along with a second major in Business from South Dakota State University and the University of Wyoming
 
 
 
 
Randy Fox has over 25 years of experience in environmental, safety, and scientific 
programs. His responsibilities include the management  of air quality permitting, 
air quality sampling, environmental audits, environmental agency negotiations, 
remedial evaluations, toxic release inventories, Phase I & Phase II site assessment, 
Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans, Storm Water Plans, National 
Environmental Policy Act projects, and safety compliance. Mr. Fox has authored 
several technical papers and has been as guest lecturer on air quality compliance 
and meteorology, for graduate-level environmental compliance courses.  

Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the  University of 
Missouri and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of 
Michigan.
 
 
 
 
Barbara Nevins has 18 years of power industry experience in finance, project 
development, restructuring, and asset management of regulated and non-regulated 
facilities. Working with companies such as Public Service Company of Colorado, 
Citizens Power, Kinder Morgan and Black Hills Corporation her experience includes 
financial modeling and analysis, development of financial policy recommendations, 
restructuring of above market utility power purchase contracts, divestiture of 
non-strategic assets, generation project development, contract negotiation, 
regulatory compliance and contract management. 

Ms. Nevins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from The Colorado College, a Master 
of Science in Geology from Oregon State University, and a Master of Business 
Administration from the University of Colorado.
     
   
Verne Oswald has over 35 years of experience in construction management,
operations and maintenance, and development of various energy projects
throughout the United States. His responsibilities include the development
and management of new Greenfield and Brownfield projects, working on
permitting for air quality and environmental permits during the development
of a new projects, and responding to requests for proposals from major utilities.

Mr. Oswald attended Washburn University.
