Compensation
Base Salary is the foundation of Southwest Generation's compensation program. It is designed to compensate employees competitively within the industry. An employee's base salary is dependent upon market pay levels, job classification and job performance. Variable Pay Program: Southwest Generation's variable pay program is designed to reward employees when annual goals are achieved.

Retirement Planning
-401(k) plan - eligible to enroll upon employment. You may contribute up to the IRS max on a pre-tax basis. You may contribute up to 10% on an after-tax basis. The company currently matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% and 50 cents on the dollar for the next 3%.
