Compensation

Base Salary

Base Salary is the foundation of Southwest Generation's compensation program.  It is designed to compensate 
employees competitively within the industry.  An employee's base salary is dependent upon market pay levels,
job classification and job performance.

Variable Pay Program

Southwest Generation's variable pay program is designed to reward employees when annual goals are achieved.

Costs paid by Southwest Generation

Retirement Planning

 - 401(k) plan - eligible to enroll upon employment.  You may contribute up to the IRS max on a pre-tax basis.
   You may contribute up to 10% on an after-tax basis. The company currently matches dollar for dollar on the 
   first 3% and 50 cents on the dollar for the next 3%.

Time Off 

PTO

 - Southwest Generation offers a Paid Time Off Plan for eligible employees. The amount is based on a schedule 
   of years of service.
